On September 28th, 2015 When we first opened Rosarito's Mexican Cantina. We felt that our dream came true!  Although our restaurant recently opened. The whole story began when Raul Mares and Enrique Salcido (co founders) developed the idea two years ago in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.  We  thought about all the ingredients and flavours that later on would make all and every single item on our menu. Then we thought about each detail for the decoration of the restaurant facilities to make our customers feel the art and cultural warmth of Mexico.  And this is how we achieved our dream.
